For Clint, the raw expression of '90s grunge and the iconic MTV Unplugged era were defining influences during his formative years on the guitar. This studio release captures that exact spirit—stripping away production layers to focus on open acoustic voicings, haunting vocal harmonies, and unvarnished emotional honesty. Standing as a tribute to one of rock’s most honest compositions, "Nutshell" is an extension of Clint Bierman’s Grunge Unplugged project, honoring the records and unplugged sessions that shaped his musical identity.
